ARCA is an AMA (Academy of Modeling Aeronautics) sanctioned club. Our club has over 100 active members of all ages. We fly planes, helis, jets, and scale planes from current back to the first World War. Our club field is at Alabaster's Limestone Park. AMA membership is required to fly at the field. AMA membership provides liability insurance for each member. The field is located just pact the Saginaw yard on Hwy-31 on the right. As part of our lease with the City of Alabaster, ARCA sponsors various community events and educational programs in the city schools and local community. Club meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at Alabaster Middle School on 119-South. You can catch the older crowd each Tuesday and Thursday morning. The rest still working will see you on the weekend. Come on out. We would love to see ya.
